Subscription-based Purchases

First Month: You have 45 calendar days to request a refund for an item from the date you received it.

Monthly Refills: Not eligible for a refund.

 

Non-subscription Purchases

First Order of Any Product: The first time you order any product, you have 45 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received it. If more than one of the same product was purchased, only one is eligible for a refund. You are encouraged to take advantage of the one-week trial for products that offer it or to buy one per desired product for your first order. Subsequent Orders of a Product: Not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 3-10 business days).
